Loss Aversion: Its Distribution and Predictive Validity
Short Description: Although loss aversion is taken as a robust phenomenon in risky choice, recent research has challenged its generalized nature. We attempt to conduct one of the largest examinations of loss aversion to date, study its distribution across individuals and age, and verify how well it predicts meaningful outcomes.
Methodological Details: Respondents were asked a set of question with different coin-flip scenarios.
