Increasing the labor market participation of older workers

Short Description: This module is a stated preference experiment to analyze the effects of pension incentives, increasing retirement age, and provision of a partial retirement scheme on individuals’ preferences to work part-time and full-time beyond the early and legal retirement ages. The experiment was planned to be conducted in Germany, the Netherlands, South Korea, and the United States for an international comparative analysis.

Methodological Details: Respondents were presented with various hypothetical retirement plan situations and asked to indicate which they would prefer.
