Short Description: Ambient social sexual behavior at work involves sexual jokes and conversations, usually below the harassment threshold, that are not required for work. This behavior is widespread, yet research is scarce. This module examines its organizational context of (in)civility and outcomes relating to well-being, performance, motivation, and team relationships.
