Basic Questionnaire

Here you can find the topics of the basic questionnaire of the most recently published survey year. As described in the chapter Recurring Basic Questionnaire, the content of the basic questionnaire provides the basis for the annual survey. The questions included in this section are to be asked every year in order to survey the basic panel information. Of course, content and questions may change over the years. In particular, versioning of variables is no exception. In general, however, the basic framework is relatively stable and provides a good overview of what data is likely to be collected by default in future survey years.

Please note that the questionnaire currently published is, of course, always released with a certain delay, and that we already have questionnaires for several subsequent years available internally or are in the process of preparing them. Consequently, there may be instances where the content listed here does not reflect the current internal status of the basic questionnaire.
